Own page numbering

Hi Justin!

When co-working with another artist, I came across the following issue:

Superscript starts with #1 as the first page of the story, whereas the drawing software numbers the cover as #1. I can work around this next time with inserting empty pages in superscript

But my feature fish is a part of the header section in the frontmatter where I can specify to read from right to left or left to right and what pages are “non script” pages. this is processed and shows me the page direct (right page or left page) behind the page (like panel count/word count) and generates a layout of the book like this:

Spreads
left page | right page

| - | Cover |
| ns | 01 |
| 02 | 03 |
| 04 | 05 |
| 06 | 07 |
| 08 | ns |
| 09 | ns |
| 10 | 11 |
| 12 | 13 |
| 14 | 15 |
| 16 | ns |
| 17 | 18 |
| 19 | 20 |
| ns | ns |
| Backcover | - |

Yes, I plan on adding the left/right definition in version 2, and if necessary the ability to specify LTR (western comics) or RTL (manga).

You can use custom numbers for your pages by ending the page heading with a period, as seen here:

This way, you can start with page 2 or skip pages, whatever your need is, and numbering will continue from there on the next page header. Works for panels, too.
